Role Summary:

We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to sell fractional property ownership products through online meetings. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, great communication, and basic math knowledge to explain ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Zoom meetings and close sales for fractional property products.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Make outbound calls, handle queries, and follow up with leads.
• Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable options.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience (real estate/financial products preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and ROI explanation skills.
• Proficiency in Zoom, CRM tools, and online sales processes.
• Self-motivated and organized.
