Job Description

Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, building relationships, and converting prospects into customers to drive business growth.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesConduct cold calling to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and present relevant products or services.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong cold calling and lead generation skills
  • Good negotiation and persuasion ability
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales and cold calling can apply
