Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Person to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing tailored staffing solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry, exceptional sales acumen, and a passion for helping organizations succeed through strategic talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Understand client needs and challenges to provide customized staffing solutions that add value.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market research findings.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role within the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment process and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
