Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and camera-friendly Video Outreach Executive who will record short Loom videos introducing Uranus Tech Labs to potential clients in Germany and the European region.

This role requires excellent spoken English, a friendly personality, and the discipline to record 15–20 personalized videos every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Record short personalized Loom videos (1–2 minutes each) for prospects.
• Follow a structured script and maintain a professional on-camera presence.
• Personalize each video based on the prospect’s name, company, and profile.
• Upload and share videos through our outreach tools (Apollo / Smartlead).
• Maintain daily video-recording targets (15–20 videos/day).
• Research basic information about companies and founders before recording.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams for script updates and improvements.
• Understand our service offerings (Microsoft .NET, Azure, Angular, React, POD team model) to speak confidently in videos.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Confident on camera; good facial expressions and communication style.
• Ability to follow scripts and speak smoothly without reading.
• Good understanding of basic IT services (training will be provided).
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Ability to manage daily targets without supervision.
• Basic computer skills: Chrome, Loom recording, email, LinkedIn.
• Comfortable working from home.

Mandatory Requirements

• Laptop or Desktop with good webcam
• Stable broadband internet connection
• Quiet and professional recording environment at home
• Good lighting setup (ring light recommended)
• Smartphone (optional but useful)

• Freshers with good communication skills
• BDE / SDR interns
• BPO / KPO candidates with strong English
