Job Location

• Work-from-home (Remote)
• Company will provide SIM card and internet connection; candidates must have their own laptop and phone.

Employment Type

• Performance-based engagement
• Pure incentive-driven role (no fixed salary)

Compensation & Benefits

• Incentive Structure: 15% of the business amount on every successful business closure.
• Incentives payable only after successful verification and realization of business revenue.
• Reimbursement of reasonable work-related expenses (subject to prior approval and valid receipts).
• 18 earned leaves per year (post evaluation period).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Acquire new clients and build long-term relationships.
• Drive successful closure of business deals in line with company objectives.
• Report directly to the Sales Head and provide regular updates on progress.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business transactions.
