Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: [Ahmedabad / Gujarat]

Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Director

Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting Eversil’s range of construction chemical products to architects, contractors, builders, consultants, and dealers.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business leads in assigned territories
  • Conduct client meetings and product presentations to architects, contractors, project managers, and dealers
  • Promote and demonstrate Eversil products through site visits and sample applications
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution and market insights
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market feedback
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Key Skills & Competencies:Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Basic understanding of construction materials and chemical products
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Result-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
  • Qualifications: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction chemical sales or a similar industry preferred
  • Knowledge of the local construction market is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
