Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and market development. The role requires proactive engagement with clients, market research, and contribution to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored business solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Participate in business events and represent the company professionally.
• Handle negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
• Travel across Gujarat, Rajasthan, M.P., and Maharashtra as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 5+ years / Postgraduate with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Gujarati & Hindi).
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and travel-friendly.
• Must own a four-wheeler.
• Flexible with work hours and travel.
