Business Development Manager - Fire and Electronic Security Industry

Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad | Experience: 2-4 years | Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives + TA on actuals


Description

B2B Project & Channel Sales role for Fire Alarm and Security Systems involving system integrators, consultants, and Pan-India travel.


Key Responsibilities (Read Carefully)

  • Drive B2B project sales for fire alarm and security systems through system integrators, consultants, and EPC partners across commercial, industrial, institutional, and large residential projects.
  • Engage directly with fire, electrical, and MEP consultants for design-in, specification support, BOQ alignment, and pre-tender technical discussions.
  • Manage the complete project sales cycle including lead qualification, site visits, solution mapping, BOQ/BOM preparation, tender participation, negotiations, and order closure.
  • Build, onboard, and activate system integrators and regional channel partners, including joint customer meetings, pipeline reviews, and partner enablement.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and product teams for compliance documentation, technical submittals, approvals, and pre-bid clarifications
  • Travel extensively across India as required for partner meetings, consultant engagement, project reviews, and critical deal closures.
