Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for end-to-end handling of existing franchisees. Currently, we have 5–6 active franchisees, and the selected candidate will act as the single point of contact for all franchise-related coordination, support, performance tracking, and expansion activities.

This role is based out of our Ahmedabad office and requires strong communication, relationship management, and operational coordination skills.



Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all existing franchisees
  • Manage day-to-day communication, coordination, and support for franchise partners
  • Ensure franchisees follow company processes, branding, and operational guidelines
  • Track franchise performance, student enrollments, revenue, and targets
  • Resolve franchise-related queries, concerns, and operational challenges
  • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Accounts, Marketing, Training)
  • Support onboarding and training of new franchisees
  • Assist in franchise expansion and business growth initiatives
  • Prepare reports, MIS, and regular updates for management



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Franchise Management, Channel Sales, or Partner Management
  • Experience in the education, training, or service industry is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently
  • Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic reporting



Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience handling franchisees, channel partners, or business partners
  • Comfortable with ownership-based roles and accountability
  • Willing to work from the Ahmedabad office (no remote option)
  • Long-term mindset with growth orientation
