Job Description
Job Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for end-to-end handling of existing franchisees. Currently, we have 5–6 active franchisees, and the selected candidate will act as the single point of contact for all franchise-related coordination, support, performance tracking, and expansion activities.
This role is based out of our Ahmedabad office and requires strong communication, relationship management, and operational coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all existing franchisees
- Manage day-to-day communication, coordination, and support for franchise partners
- Ensure franchisees follow company processes, branding, and operational guidelines
- Track franchise performance, student enrollments, revenue, and targets
- Resolve franchise-related queries, concerns, and operational challenges
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Accounts, Marketing, Training)
- Support onboarding and training of new franchisees
- Assist in franchise expansion and business growth initiatives
- Prepare reports, MIS, and regular updates for management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Franchise Management, Channel Sales, or Partner Management
- Experience in the education, training, or service industry is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently
- Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic reporting
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling franchisees, channel partners, or business partners
- Comfortable with ownership-based roles and accountability
- Willing to work from the Ahmedabad office (no remote option)
- Long-term mindset with growth orientation
