Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Executive (BDE):

Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and generate leads through

market research and networking activities. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored

solutions that meet client needs and contribute to revenue growth.

Business Development Manager (BDM):

Lead the strategic planning and implementation of business development initiatives, including

identifying market trends, formulating sales strategies, and nurturing key client relationships. Drive

the achievement of sales targets, manage a team of Business Development Executives, and

oversee the development of proposals and contracts.
