Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Services (Germany Market)

Gender Preference: Female candidates only


About the Role

We are looking for a confident and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads and build relationships with IT founders and decision-makers in Germany. The role focuses on LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach, personalized Loom videos, and initial sales conversations for our IT services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target IT founders, CTOs, and decision-makers in Germany
  • Perform personalized LinkedIn outreach (connection requests + follow-ups)
  • Create short Loom videos to introduce our company and services in a personalized manner
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for senior management
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
  • Follow up consistently to nurture prospects and move them through the sales funnel
  • Understand client requirements and communicate value propositions clearly


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Female candidate only
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / IT services sales / lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Comfortable creating and speaking in Loom videos
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Confident, presentable, and professional while interacting with international clients
  • Basic understanding of IT services (Web, .NET, Cloud, Development teams, etc.)
  • Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
  • Good to Have (Preferred)Experience working with EU or Germany clients
  • Knowledge of cold outreach frameworks and follow-up strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Apollo, Instantly, or similar sales tools
