Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead the acquisition and execution of turnkey base projects. The ideal candidate will combine a civil‑engineering background with strong marketing acumen and at least Three years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new turnkey base project opportunities in the civil‑engineering sector.

- Develop and execute customized business development strategies, including market research, client outreach, and proposal preparation.

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling value propositions.

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Track and report on pipeline performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and MBA.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within civil‑engineering or related construction markets.

- Proven track record of winning and delivering turnkey projects.

- Strong marketing knowledge—experience with branding, market analysis, and digital campaigns is essential.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
