Business Development Manager (BDM)

Expand the company’s client base and market presence in targeted sectors and regions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.

Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records for accurate forecasting.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers aligned with client requirements.

Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams for pricing, contract terms, and approvals.

Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-up with prospective clients.
