Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding potential customers through the sales journey while building strong client relationships.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer enquiries.
  • Initiate communication with potential customers via phone calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively address their questions and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Guide customers through the complete sales cycle with regular follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover and conversion.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Lead generation & Prospecting
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and client satisfaction
  • Conduct product demos, discovery calls, and follow-ups
  • Engage with inbound leads from digital campaigns
  • Track pipeline, follow-ups and conversion metrics
  • Follow structured sales processes and cadences
