Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential B2B clients.
  • Pitch products/services to decision-makers and conduct effective business presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
  • Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online networking platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
