Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to handle day-to-day accounts and finance work for our event management company in Ahmedabad.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle complete accounting work of the company
• Maintain event-wise accounts, costing & profitability
• Prepare budgets and cost sheets before and after events
• Manage GST work – returns, reconciliation, notices, refunds
• Handle TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax compliances
• Verify vendor bills, contracts and payment terms
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow-up for collections
• Prepare client invoices as per agreements & milestones
• Manage cash flow, advances, and working capital requirements
• Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and consultants
• Support statutory audit, GST audit, and internal checks

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 2–6 years experience (service / event / project-based industry preferred)
• Good working knowledge of GST & TDS
• Hands-on experience in Tally & Excel
• Ability to work in fast-paced event environment

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Experience in event management / exhibition / advertising company
• Strong control on vendor payments & event costing
• Ready to work with tight timelines during events
