CLIENT SERVICING SPECIALIST

A Client Servicing Specialist in the wedding industry acts as the primary link between the couple and the various teams involved in planning and executing the wedding. The role focuses on understanding the client's vision and ensuring every detail of the event.

Core Responsibilities

Client Management: Conduct initial consultations to understand preferences and vision; maintain consistent communication throughout the planning process to provide updates and gather feedback.

Creative Input & Proposals: Suggest décor themes, create mood boards or PowerPoint presentations with layouts, and prepare detailed price quotations and contracts.

Vendor & Venue Coordination: Manage relationships with caterers, florists, and photographers; conduct venue recces; and handle banquet bookings.

On-Ground Execution: Be present during the actual events (e.g., weddings, cocktail parties, engagement ceremonies) to troubleshoot issues and manage the flow of activities.

Budgeting & Sales: Negotiate pricing with vendors to stay within the client's budget and follow up on new leads from social media or direct enquiries.
