CNC Machine Operator

Job Description:We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts as per engineering drawings and specifications.

• Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines such as CNC Turning, Milling, VMC, HMC
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Set up machines and load programs as per job requirements
• Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments if required
• Measure and inspect finished components using vernier, micrometer, gauges
• Ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Follow safety guidelines and shop floor discipline
• Required Skills & Qualifications:ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Fitter, Mechanical, or relevant trade
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines
• Basic knowledge of G-codes & M-codes (preferred)
• Understanding of cutting tools, materials, and tolerances
• Ability to work in shifts
• Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience in automotive / precision components
• Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls
• Exposure to VMC / CNC Lathe
