Collection Executive / Officer

Role Overview

A Credit Control Executive is responsible for managing customer credit, ensuring timely payment collection for the company.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor customer accounts and outstanding payments

* Follow up with clients for overdue invoices via calls, emails, or messages

* Maintain records of all payments and pending invoices

* Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer payment status

* Evaluate credit limits for customers

* Prepare ageing reports and payment tracking reports

* Resolve billing and payment-related issues with customers

* Ensure company credit policies are followed

* Reduce bad debts and improve collection efficiency

Required Skills

* Basic knowledge of accounting and finance

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Strong follow-up and coordination ability

* Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

* Attention to detail and record keeping
