Job PurposeTo manage credit card collections in the 60–90 days delinquency bucket by achieving recovery targets while ensuring compliance and professional customer handling.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle 60–90 days credit card delinquent accounts.
• Make outbound collection calls within the assigned window.
• Negotiate repayment and counsel customers.
• Achieve monthly recovery targets.
• Maintain case follow-ups and system updates.
• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.
• Escalate critical cases when required.
• Job SpecificationQualificationAny Graduate
• DRA Certification (Mandatory)
• Experience6 months – 2 years in collections
• Preference: Credit card & 60–90 days bucket experience
• Process DetailsProduct: Credit Card Outstanding
• Calling Window: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Working Days: 6 Days
• Weekly Off: Rotational
• Skills RequiredStrong communication & negotiation skills
