Computer Operator

Role Objective

​We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Computer Operator to manage the digital flow of our warehouse and transport operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate data entry, processing shipping/receiving documentation, and ensuring our Inventory Management System (IMS) and Transport Management System (TMS) are updated in real-time to support seamless logistics.

​Key Responsibilities

​Data Management: Enter and verify data regarding incoming shipments, outgoing deliveries, and inventory adjustments with high precision.

​Documentation: Generate and process essential logistics paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, manifest reports, and gate passes.

​Inventory Tracking: Reconcile physical stock counts with system records and flag any discrepancies for management review.

​Fleet Coordination: Update vehicle arrival and departure times, maintaining a digital log of driver schedules and route progress.

​

System Maintenance: Perform routine data backups and troubleshoot basic software or hardware issues (printers, scanners, and terminals).

​Communication: Coordinate with warehouse floor supervisors and transport dispatchers to ensure data alignment across departments.
