Computer Operator

(Remote Work)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets, databases, or systems.
• Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and organize electronic and hard-copy records.
• Retrieve data from various sources as needed.
• Prepare and generate regular reports from entered data.
• Perform quality checks on data entry tasks.
• Follow confidentiality and data protection policies.
• Coordinate with other departments for data-related requests or corrections.

• Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software/tools.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
