Construction / Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control all on-site construction activities
• Manage site staff, junior supervisors, contractors, and labour
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule
• Monitor quality of work and materials at site
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and suppliers
• Prepare and maintain daily progress and material reports
• Ensure safety standards and site discipline are strictly followed
• Handle site execution independently and resolve on-site issues

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in the construction field
• Strong knowledge of civil works, RCC, and finishing activities
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Good leadership and team-handling skills
• Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred
