Counsellor

We are hiring a Counsellor cum Back Office Executive who can handle student inquiries and also support day-to-day backend and accounting activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be organized, and possess basic knowledge of accounting and Excel.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle walk-in, call, and WhatsApp inquiries and explain course details to students.
• Manage student registration, data entry, and admission follow-ups.
• Maintain and update Excel sheets for student fees, payment tracking, and receipts.
• Coordinate with trainers and HR for batch schedules and document management.
• Prepare reports, admission summaries, and maintain filing/documentation.
• Support in day-to-day office operations and maintain smooth communication flow.

Requirements:

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA preferred

• Basic knowledge of accounting, Excel, and computer operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Should be confident, responsible, and organized in work
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge can also apply
