1. Customer Care (Female Preferred):
- Handle inquiries from IndiaMART and other platforms
- Prepare and send quotations to clients
- Share product data sheets and technical details
- Coordinate with sales and production team
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
2. QC Lab Assistant (Plant):
- Assist in quality testing of raw materials and finished products
- Maintain lab records and reports
- Support QC engineer in daily lab activities
- Ensure product quality as per standards
