**Job Title:**
Customer Engagement Specialist (Full-time / Part-time) | Only for Ahmedabad based candidates | Age not more than 30 Yrs

We are a fast-growing online Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand selling across major e-commerce platforms and our own website. We are looking for a polite, persuasive, and customer-focused professional to strengthen our customer relationships, recover lost sales, and improve delivery success rates.
The job role requires communication with customer over calls as well as chat & emails.
**Job Summary**
This role is responsible for handling customer feedback, following up on abandoned carts through effective sales calls, and coordinating with customers on courier deliveries to reduce Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) refusals and Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, enjoys conversations, and can turn every call into a positive customer experience. Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Reach out to customers for genuine feedback on products, service, and overall experience.
- Make proactive follow-up calls for abandoned carts with a persuasive yet non-pushy approach to convert them into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with customers before and during courier delivery – confirm addresses, preferred payment mode, and delivery timing to minimize CoD rejections and RTOs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our system.
- Work closely with the operations and courier teams to ensure smooth delivery experiences.
- Handle all calls with professionalism, patience, and a friendly tone.
**Requirements**
- Must be fluent in **Hindi, English, and Gujarati** (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent communication skills – polite, persuasive, and effective on calls.
- Natural flair for conversation and a calm, positive temperament.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and browsing).
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work flexible hours (full-time or part-time options available).
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in e-commerce or D2C brands
- Familiarity with CRM tools or basic order management systems
- Understanding of CoD and RTO challenges in online delivery
