Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Counselor who can guide students about courses, career opportunities, and help them take the right decision. The role involves handling inquiries, counseling students, and converting leads into admissions.

• Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media
• Counsel students on courses, career paths, and benefits
• Convert leads into admissions (strong follow-up required)
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM
• Schedule and conduct counseling sessions (online/offline)
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Build long-term relationships with students
• Required SkillsStrong communication & convincing skills
• Sales-oriented mindset (important)
• Good understanding of education/career options
• Ability to handle objections and close admissions
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, calling tools)
• Fluent in Hindi + English (Gujarati is a plus for your region)
• QualificationsGraduate (any stream)
• Experience: Fresher or 1–3 years in counseling / sales / telecalling
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of calls made per day
