Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/- per month + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the commercial automobile segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively
• Coordinate with service and sales teams for smooth customer handling
• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers for service updates
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Assist in customer engagement activities and retention strategies

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Customer handling and relationship management skills

Qualification:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
• Prior experience in customer service or automobile industry will be an added advantage
