Customer Representative Executive

• Customer Service
• Handle customer queries related to billing, network, recharge, and plans
• Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
• Assist customers with SIM activation, portability (MNP), and KYC process
• Provide a positive in-store experience
• Sales Duties
• Promote and sell Telecom plans, and services
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
• Upsell products like data packs, add-on services, and accessories
• Explain offers, plans, and benefits clearly to customers
• Store Operations
• Maintain records of sales and customer interactions
• Ensure proper display of products and promotional materials
• Follow company guidelines and policies
• Support stock handling and basic inventory tasks
