Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Full-Time)
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for a full-time role.
You will work 6 days a week from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
You must be fluent in spoken English and comfortable answering customer calls and solving their queries.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with their questions.
• Understand customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude.
Requirements:
• Good spoken English.
• Ability to handle calls and resolve issues.
• Basic computer skills.
