Customer Support Executive

·        Act as the primary contact for customers after machine delivery,

·        Schedule installation and commissioning visits

·        Coordinate site readiness with customers

·        Ensure all documentation and checklists are completed

·        Arrange required tools, manpower, and resources

·        Coordinate with service engineers for timely support

·        Identify required spare parts for service cases

·        Coordinate with stores/logistics for availability and dispatch

·        Track shipments and delivery status

·        Inform customers about pricing and lead times

·        Maintain warranty records of machines supplied

·        Handle AMC/CMC contracts (renewals, scheduling visits)

·        Maintain service records, job cards, and call logs

·        Prepare periodic service reports

·        Track pending cases and closures

·        Maintain machine history database

·        Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

·        Escalate unresolved problems to senior management

·        Technical understanding of machinery (mechanical/electrical basics)

·  Strong communication and coordination skills

·        Problem-solving ability

·        Computer skills (ERP/CRM, MS Office)
