Customer Support Executive

Roles and responsibilities:

• This position involves Non-Voice process in which one has to provide knowledgeable answers to customers through live chats, e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand.
• Assist customers with after-sales service issues.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
• Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc.
• Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry.
• Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff at our traditional boutiques
• Documents customer problems and inputs in the ticketing system and excel spreadsheets
• Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience with Fluent English, Excellent typing and with good computer knowledge.
• This position is for people who are already living in Ahmedabad.
• 45+ WPM typing speed
• Previous experience in working for international clients and E Commerce background will be strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
