Job Title: Technical Customer Support Executive (English and Punjabi language)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift: Night-shift
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Executive with excellent English and Punjabi communication skills to assist customers with technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via phone.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, or network issues.
Ensure timely resolution and follow-up on customer concerns.
Document interactions and stay updated on product knowledge.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and in Punjabi (spoken and written).
Basic technical knowledge (software, hardware, or networking).
Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus.
Prior experience in support or customer service is a plus.
