Customer Support & Order Coordination Executive

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Customer Support & Order Coordination Executive to handle inbound customer calls through our MyOperator IVR helpline. This role requires managing high call volumes, booking orders, resolving delivery and billing issues, and professionally handling upset or repeat-complaint customers. The ideal candidate should be calm under pressure, well-spoken, and experienced in consumer-facing call environments.

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6 days/week)

• Handle all inbound customer calls through MyOperator IVR

• Manage high call volumes while maintaining good customer experience

• Take customer orders and verify SKU, quantity, address, and billing details

• Coordinate orders with dispatch, warehouse, and logistics teams

• Track orders and follow up until delivery completion

• Resolve billing, delivery, payment, and product-related complaints

• Handle irritated or repeat-complaint customers calmly and professionally

• Log and track all complaints until closure

• Operate IVR dashboards, missed calls, and callback queues

• Prepare daily end-of-day reports and share with management
