Role OverviewWe are looking for high-end Data Entry Operators for our Ahmedabad office. The selected candidates will be trained on Master Data creation and SAP data entry processes and will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of organizational data.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate and timely data entry in SAP systems (MM / SD / FI master data as applicable)
• Create, update, and maintain Master Data including vendor, customer, material, and asset records
• Validate source documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry
• Ensure strict adherence to data governance, quality, and control standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for clarification and data validation
• Perform regular data audits and corrections to maintain data integrity
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business data
• Support periodic reporting and MIS requirements related to master data
• Desired Skills & CompetenciesStrong hands-on experience in data entry with high accuracy and speed
• Basic exposure or working knowledge of SAP (preferred)
• Good understanding of Master Data concepts
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to handle high volumes of data with minimal errors
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to structured systems and processes
• QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (Commerce / IT / Management preferred)
• Prior experience in ERP / SAP-based data entry will be an added advantage
• Additional RequirementsLocal candidates from Ahmedabad only
• Immediate or short notice period preferred
