Data Entry Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in computer systems and company software
• Verify data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Manage documents, records, invoices, and shipment details (if applicable)
• Ensure data confidentiality and security
• Coordinate with operations and accounts team when required
• Perform basic office tasks such as email handling and file management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Good typing accuracy
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Experience:Freshers can apply
• Prior data entry or office work experience preferred
