Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design & Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and branding activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in graphic design and marketing coordination, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging designs for social media, website, brochures, and promotional materials
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Manage social media posts and coordinate with content creators
• Support branding and advertising initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors for printing and marketing materials
• Maintain and update marketing databases and reports
• Assist in organizing promotional events and activities
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in design and marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (CorelDRAW is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of SEO or paid ads
• Experience handling Instagram & Facebook business accounts
