Marketing Manager – Digital & Performance MarketingJob Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and end-to-end digital marketing strategy. The role focuses on lead generation, brand growth, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities:-

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Develop and manage full-funnel digital marketing strategies (awareness to conversion)

Lead email marketing campaigns (automation, drip campaigns, newsletters, CRM integration)

Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization

Manage SEO, content marketing, landing pages, and website performance

Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and CRM tools

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and action plans

Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign alignment

Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI

Required Skills & Knowledge:-

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

Expertise in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMO, CRO, and marketing automation

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager

Understanding of A/B testing, audience targeting, retargeting & funnel optimization

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:-

MBA / PG in Marketing or equivalent experience

Experience in startup, MSME, SaaS, or agency environment

Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation workflows

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Lead quality & cost per lead (CPL)

Conversion rate & ROAS

Website traffic & engagement

Email open, click & conversion rates
