Dispatch Executive

Job Summary:-We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate the timely dispatch of materials, equipment, and resources for various project sites. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in dispatch operations, logistics, or store management, preferably in the infrastructure or construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate and monitor daily dispatch schedules for materials and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents such as delivery challans, invoices, and gate passes.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery to project sites.
• Liaise with the stores, procurement, and site teams for dispatch planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Ensure proper packaging and loading of materials to avoid damage during transit.
• Handle coordination with transporters and drivers for smooth dispatch operations.
• Update dispatch status and share reports with management on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during dispatch operations.

Requirements:-

• Minimum 6 months of experience in dispatch, logistics, or related roles.
• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred).
• Basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
