Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Catalog Management: Execute daily product listings, ensuring 100% accuracy in titles, descriptions, pricing, and technical specifications.
  • Visual Merchandising: Coordinate and edit product photos/videos to meet platform standards and enhance conversion rates.
  • Marketplace Health: Monitor seller central dashboards to ensure high ratings, manage "Buy Box" competitiveness, and handle FBA/Seller-Flex inventory.
  • Omnichannel Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries via email, phone, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Operational Tracking: Manage order processing, tracking, and returns to ensure timely delivery and minimize "Return to Origin" (RTO) rates.


  • Core Skill Set

1. Product Listing & SEOMarketplace Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify.

  • Keyword Research: Using tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout to find high-ranking terms for product titles and backend search terms.
  • Bulk Uploading: Proficiency in using Excel flat files for bulk listing and category mapping.
  • A+ Content: Ability to draft "Enhanced Brand Content" (EBC) that tells a brand story.


2. Multimedia & Content CreationVideo Editing: Basic to intermediate skills in tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Rush to create "unboxing" or "how-to" videos for product pages and social commerce.

  • Graphic Design: Using Photoshop or Canva to remove backgrounds, add infographics, and create promotional banners.
  • Copywriting: Writing persuasive, benefit-driven product descriptions that convert browsers into buyers.


  • 3. Customer Engagement & CommunicationWhatsApp Business: Managing automated flows, quick replies, and personalized abandoned cart recovery messages.
  • Email Etiquette: Handling professional correspondence for bulk inquiries, vendor management, and complex customer complaints.
  • Tele-Support: Managing inbound calls for order verification and outbound calls for feedback collection.


  • 4. Technical & Analytical SkillsData Management: Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to analyze sales trends and inventory aging.
  • Platform Analytics: Reading Google Analytics or marketplace sales reports to identify which products are underperforming.
  • CRM Tools: Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or Intercom to track customer history.
