E-Commerce Executive

Job Title: E-commerce ExecutiveExperience: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory)

Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic E-commerce Executive to manage online sales platforms and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in handling e-commerce activities.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
• Handle order processing, inventory updates, and dispatch coordination
• Monitor product performance, pricing, and competitor activity
• Manage online promotions, offers, and campaigns
• Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce operations (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of online marketplaces and seller panels
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
