Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the e-commerce team to ensure smooth operations
• Handle product listings and overall catalog management across e-commerce platforms
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain account health
• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns; track performance metrics
• Analyze data to improve sales, visibility, and ROI
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, and execution
• Monitor order processing, returns, and customer experience to ensure service quality
• Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and marketplace insights to drive growth
