E-Commerce Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms
• Create and manage product listings (titles, images, descriptions, A+ content)
• Handle order processing, inventory management, and pricing
• Run and optimize Amazon & Flipkart ads
• Monitor sales performance, reports, and account health
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams
• Handle returns, refunds, and customer queries
• Ensure platform policies and compliance are followed

Required Skills:

• Experience in managing Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
• Good knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and keywords
• Basic understanding of ads, deals, and promotions
• Ability to analyze sales and ad reports
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
