Job Description:

Vee Secure Solar is looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with strong technical expertise in solar power systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, executing, and managing MW-scale solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute solar projects from concept to commissioning.

• Prepare and review electrical drawings using AutoCAD and design reports using PVsyst.

• Coordinate between on-site teams, vendors, and the project management office for smooth project execution.

• Lead the technical team and ensure quality and safety compliance at all stages.

• Monitor project timelines and take responsibility for project completion and delivery.

• Handle technical documentation, BOQ preparation, and progress reporting.

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities on MW-scale solar sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the solar power sector.

• Strong knowledge of PVsyst, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.

• Proficiency in project coordination, team management, and problem-solving.

• In-depth understanding of solar plant electrical systems and site execution.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
