Job Title - ITI Electrician

Job Type - Full-time | Plant Electrical Maintenance

• Job ResponsibilitiesInstallation, operation, and maintenance of industrial electrical systems used in textile machinery.
• Handling LT electrical panels, control panels, MCC panels, and power distribution systems.
• Troubleshooting and rectification of electrical faults in spinning, weaving, and processing machines.
• Wiring, cable laying, termination, and testing as per electrical drawings and SOPs.
• Maintenance of motors, starters (DOL/Star-Delta), VFDs, contactors, relays, and sensors.
• Attending breakdowns promptly to minimize machine downtime.
• Preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and documentation of maintenance activities.
• Coordination with mechanical and production teams for smooth plant operations.
• Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards, lockout–tagout procedures, and factory safety norms.
• Use of electrical testing instruments such as multimeter, megger, clamp meter, etc.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: ITI Electrician (NCVT / SCVT)

Experience:

• Freshers or
• 1–5 years of experience in textile / manufacturing industry preferred
• Gender: Male (as per shop-floor requirements)
• Age: As per company norms
• Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance
• Basic understanding of PLC panels / VFDs (added advantage)
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (8 / 12 hours)
• Good understanding of electrical safety practices

Working Conditions

• Shifts: 8 Hours / 12 Hours (Rotational)
• Working Days: 26 Days per month
• Overtime: As per company policy
