A Construction Project Manager (CPM) is the central figure responsible for the successful delivery of a building or infrastructure project. Unlike a general PM, a CPM must navigate the complexities of on-site physical work, strict building codes, and hazardous environments while balancing the "triple constraint" of scope, budget, and time.

1) Advance Knowledge of Civil Engineering & Construction Management

2) Capable to handle all given work, Manpower and complete it with proper way.

3) Must be able to tackle client.

4) Interpretation of blueprints/schematics, knowledge of Lean Construction, and understanding of structural/civil engineering.

5) To follow up on the accounts department for payment

6) Should be good in Ms Office & Autocad

7) Preparing reconciliation statements.
