EV Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve EV sales targets
2. Lead, train, and motivate the EV sales team to improve performance
3. Manage dealer networks, distributors, or direct sales channels
4. Build strong relationships with corporate, fleet, and retail customers
5. Educate customers on EV technology, charging infrastructure, incentives, and benefits
6. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
7. Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and product launches
8. Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report to senior management
9. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support
10. Collaborate with after-sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience
11. Strong understanding of electric vehicles, batteries, charging systems, and EV regulations
12. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
13. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
14. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
15. Willingness to travel as required
16. CRM and sales analytics tools experience
17. Fleet and B2B sales experience
