Job SummaryThe Event Production Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all production-related activities for events. This role ensures smooth setup, technical execution, vendor coordination, and on-ground management to deliver events as per client expectations and timelines.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Coordinate end-to-end event production activities including setup, execution, and dismantling
• Liaise with vendors for stage, sound, lights, LED, fabrication, and décor
• Supervise on-site production teams and technical crew
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of production elements
• Manage event timelines, production schedules, and rehearsals
• Coordinate logistics, transport, and material movement
• Monitor budgets and control production costs
• Conduct site visits and assist in technical planning
• Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot on-ground issues
• Ensure safety standards and compliance during events
• Skills & CompetenciesStrong coordination and communication skills
• Knowledge of event production, AV equipment, and staging
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Vendor negotiation and management skills
• Willingness to work long hours and travel for events
• Experience Requirement1 to 3 years of experience in event production or operations
• Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply
