Job Description – Executive Assistant


Position: Executive Assistant (Operations + Marketing)

Location: Ahmedabad, India

About the Role


We are a Chartered Accountancy and Insolvency practice specializing in CIRP, personal insolvency, forensic audits, ASM, Debt Syndication, GST, and statutory/tax audits. We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations, client coordination, and administrative management. The role is designed to free senior professionals from routine execution and ensure smooth workflow across assignments.


Key Responsibilities


Operations & Administrative

• Manage emails, follow-ups, and client communication on behalf of the practice.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and site visits.

• Maintain case files, documentation, and compliance calendars.

• Track deadlines for IBC filings, GST returns, tax audits, and statutory submissions.

• Prepare drafts of professional correspondence, notices, and reports for review.

• Liaise with clients, counsels, and team members to ensure timely execution.

• Support in MIS reporting, task tracking, and workflow optimization.

• Handle office administration, record-keeping, and digital tools for productivity.


Marketing & Lead Generation

• Assist in business development activities by identifying potential clients in Debt Syndication, insolvency, forensic, and compliance domains.

• Manage LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for outreach and visibility.

• Draft and circulate marketing content, proposals, and client updates.

• Coordinate with banking and corporate contacts for syndication and insolvency opportunities.

• Track leads, maintain CRM records, and follow up on prospects.


Requirements


• 2–5 years of experience in executive assistance, client coordination, or office administration (experience in CA/CS/Legal firm preferred).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital workflow tools.

• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
