Export Documentation Executive

Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, etc.

Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange and track international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure compliance with customs regulations

Monitor and update shipment status, providing regular updates to internal teams and customers

Identify and resolve shipment issues, communicating with internal colleagues.

Provide general administrative support to the export operations team as needed

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Prior experience in export documentation preferred
